Ski Race
The Queen's Lounge Fun Race (formally the Andy Capp Race) is the largest amateur ski race in europe with up to 200 racers each Thursday. The race is split into different categories depending on age, experience, fancy dress, gender, and whether you are skiing, snowboarding or blading.
It is mainly a race against the clock, but also your friends, family and the other competitors. As soon as your race bib in on, people forget friendship and aim to get down the piste as quickly as possible. The course is an easy red run on the slopes of Sauze D'Oulx and is easy enough for a first week skier yet challenging enough for an experienced boarder too.
