Pas de la Casa
Pas de la Casa is one of the liveliest resorts in ski and is often referred to as the 'Ibiza on snow'. It certainly attracts a young and lively crowd, whose focus is more on the off mountain activities. There is rarely a queue for the first lift, as people often have to drag themselves out of bed with an almighty hangover.
The skiing and boarding are pretty good here, especially once you venture out of Pas and into Grau Roig and the rest of the Grandvalira. That said, Pas is the highest of the connected resorts and is north facing, so snow conditions hold up best here.
The resort is not the prettiest and is full of shops, supermarkets and eletrical stores for those wishing to take advantage of Andorra's duty free status. If you like your holiday hard, fast and cheap, then Pas de la Casa is the place for you.
