Booking Conditions

By booking through our website we will endevour to honour your booking. As no payment is currently being taken online, we will reserve your places on the excursion and let you know how to settle payment in resort. We will also tell you pick up times and location for the bus, where applicable.

Occasionally we do not sell enough places to an excursion to cover the cost of the transport. In this case you will either be offered a full refund, or the option to pay a little more to cover transport costs.

For high profile European matches we and the football club involved will discuss all safety issues involving our clients. If we deem that attending any game has become a security risk, due to local conditions or a history of problems between the clubs, we may choose not to run the excursion in the interests of safety. In this case, we apologise and you will receive a full refund or any excursion package purchased through ourselves. We cannot be held liable for any holiday costs, flights or hotels that you have booked. Primarily you are on a ski holiday and we are providing one night of entertainment.

If any event is cancelled when we have arrived at the stadium or venue and is due to circumstances beyond our control, we will endevour to get a ticket refund for you. However, there will be a charge of €20 for transport to and from the venue. If the event is cancelled before you leave resort and have not got onto the coach, there will be no charge and you will receive a full refund.

Any details you provide to us including names, dates of birth, holiday details, email addresses and phone numbers will only be used by ourselves for the purpose of your booking. At no time will these details be made available to third parties.
